Se representa a la Beata Cecilia Romana, distinguida según la inscripción latina como la primera monja de la Segunda Orden (de clausura) de San Domingo (SS. Monialium secundi ordinis Sti. Dominici), en referencia a la refundación e institución de la clausura dominica en San Sisto de Roma en el año 1218.
The Blessed Cecilia Romana is depicted, distinguished according to the Latin inscription as the first nun of the Second Order (of enclosure) of Saint Dominic (SS. Monialium secundi ordinis Sti. Dominici), in reference to the refounding and institution of the Dominican enclosure in San Sisto of Rome in the year 1218.
