Ludwig Nassau fue un noble alemán y destacado lider militar Holandés, Conde de Nassau y estatúder de Frisia. Groninga y Drente, conocido por el sobrenombre de Us Heit "nuestro padre" en Frisio planificó junto a su tío Mauricio de Nassau la estrategia militar de las provincias unidas de los paises bajos contra España en la guerra de los ochenta años .
Ludwig Nassau was a German nobleman and prominent Dutch military leader, Count of Nassau and stadtholder of Friesland, Groningen and Drenthe. Known by the nickname Us Heit, “our father”, in Frisian, he planned, together with his uncle Maurice of Nassau, the military strategy of the United Provinces of the Netherlands against Spain in the Eighty Years' War.
