Dos retratos ovalados en forma de medalla se disponen uno junto al otro dentro de un marco arquitectónico neoclásico. En el centro se alza una figura alada alegórica que representa la República o la Victoria, portando una estrella cívica, situada bajo un pedestal con la inscripción CONVENTION NATIONALE. Sobre el marco exterior se encuentran urnas con la inscripción VOTE. Fasces con hachas flanquean la figura central, mientras que una máscara con cabeza de león y serpientes entrelazadas adornan la base.
