San Nicolás de Torentino fue un religioso , místico y Santo de la Orden de San Agustín, protector de las almas del purgatorio y los moribundos, se le representa con una estrella en el pecho y un lirio en la mano, fue canonizado en 1445 por el Papa Urbano IV.
Saint Nicholas of Torentino was a religious, mystic and Saint of the Order of Saint Augustine, protector of the souls in purgatory and the dying, he is represented with a star on his chest and a lily in his hand, he was canonized in 1445 by Pope Urbam VI.

Lirio blanco: Sostenido en su mano derecha, simboliza pureza, castidad y su devoción a la Virgen María.
Estrella de seis puntas (Sol/Estrella en el pecho): Colocada sobre su pecho/hábito. Esto alude a la leyenda de una estrella milagrosa que apareció en su nacimiento o lo acompañó, guiándolo hasta la ciudad de Tolentino.
Hábito agustiniano: Cubierto con el hábito tradicional negro oscuro con capucha larga y cinturón de cuero, característico de la Orden de los Ermitaños de San Agustín (O.S.A.).
Halo radiante: Nimbo concéntrico que rodea su cabeza, que simboliza la santificación.
White Lily:
Held in his right hand, symbolizing purity, chastity, and his devotion to the Virgin Mary.
Six-Pointed Star (Sun/Star on Breast):
Positioned over his chest/habit. This references the legend of a miraculous star that appeared at his birth or accompanied him, guiding him to the town of Tolentino.
