Wolfang Guillermo del Palatinado Neoburgo fue un principe Imperial Aleman de la casa Wittelsbach era hijo del conde palatino y duque de Neoburgo Felip Lluis ( 1547 - 1614 ) y de Ana de Jülich Cleves - Berg ( 1552 - 1632 ), practico una estricta politica de neutralidad en el curso de la guerra de los treinta años, visito Madrid en 1624 participando en distintas ceremonias cortesanas y de la alta nobleza, en 1636 estableció su corte en Düsseldorf.
Wolfgang Wilhelm of the Palatinate-Neuburg was a German Imperial prince of the House of Wittelsbach; he was the son of Philip Louis, Count Palatine and Duke of Neuburg (1547–1614), and Anne of Jülich-Cleves – Berg (1552–1632). He pursued a strict policy of neutrality during the Thirty Years’ War. He visited Madrid in 1624, taking part in various court ceremonies and those of the high nobility, and in 1636 he established his court in Düsseldorf.
