El joven Tobías se encuentra frente a su padre ciego, Tobit, sentado, aplicándole un ungüento en los ojos. Este ungüento está hecho con la bilis del pez milagroso.
Personajes secundarios: Detrás de Tobit se encuentra su esposa, Ana, observando la curación. En el extremo izquierdo, el arcángel Rafael (tradicionalmente disfrazado de Azarías durante el viaje) vela por la escena, reconocible por sus alas.
